Week in Buenos Aires at Caro
22/12/2011 - 25/12/2011
28 °C
I left the kids with Frank on the 20th as Hayden had a chest infection... so I took the plane to meet the parents in Madrid and then take a flight to Buenos Aires...
We are now in Buenos Aires with Carolina and decided to have a walk around town ...
We went first to Puerto Madero where Caro works, next to the river...
Then she took us to traditional stands where they sell parilladas that is to say BBQ meat in a sandwich...
From there we walked towards San Thelmo...where there is the statue of Fangio, the formula 1 driver that won several times the Grand Prix...the oldest library and pharmacy of Buenos Aires...
And the main square Plaza de Mayo...with theCasa de Govierno (the pink house), the cathedral...
And some more photos of the city..
Very nice architecture...
